Wheely Willy, the Little Dog That Could
Author Deborah Turner describes the plight of Willy, a tiny dog who was abandoned with a spinal cord injury. Deborah was smitten by his fantastic attitude, using it as the theme for her children's book series. Together, Deborah and Willy visit schools and hospitals.
