Jeremy Iversen

Writer, actor and former print model (among other things), Jeremy Iversen is fast establishing himself as one of Generation Y's most exciting new talents. Come to hear about his works 21 and High School Confidential: Secrets of an Undercover Student or just to hear about his fascinating life and what he will be up to next.

Born in Manhattan toward the start of a presidential term that shall remain nameless, Jeremy Watt Iversen and lightbulbs were both names after his great-great-great-great-gradfather James Watt, who invented the steam engine. His second book, High School Confidential: Secrets of an Undercover Student, focuses on youth culture when he moved to Los Angeles and went undercover as seventeen-year-old transfer student Jeremy Hughes. He cast himself as a surfer dude at California's Claremont High School. The only person who knew his real identity was the principal, and she forgot. His novel 21 explores campus drinking and the fraternity tradition through a fictional story of a college student trying to fit in.
